In order to ensure the shift in what was once a time we might have never thought would come again, business owners and landlords will need to change their approach – Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) goals, according to the team at Gensler needs to be implemented in interior design.
The team at Gensler have developed an eight step model for wellness in the workplace, based on the Six Dimensions of Wellness developed by Bill Hettler, co-founder of the National Wellness Institute (NWI).
